In the process of air conditioner installation, it is also necessary to stop leak detection of air conditioner pipeline, to stop leak detection of air conditioner's night road and to do drainage experiment on air conditioner's internal auditor. Comparing with the cumbersome method, soap water is used to detect leak, and the water of Feifu is smeared on the two interfaces of indoor and outdoor machines which may leak, and the wide core of low-pressure liquid cut-off, so that it can not be found for 2 minutes. Bubbles appear. If bubbles are generated, leakage is clarified. Figure 3-53 shows the leak detection of soap water.
Leak detection must be patient and careful, and the concentration of soap aqueous solution should be appropriate. No bubbles can be seen at each joint. After ensuring that there is no leak point, wipe the leak detection area with a towel, and the leak detection work is completed. Drainage inspection is also an important inspection item after the end of air conditioner device. Its operation diagram is shown in Fig. 3-54. The method is to unload the shell of the indoor machine and pour water into the drain tank to see if the water can flow smoothly from the drain tank along the drain hose to the outdoor. If the water can flow smoothly, the indoor machine also has no overflow water dropping, so the drainage system can be good. If water flows out of the room, the main check is whether the drainage pipeline is obstructed or not and whether the air conditioner is equipped with internal devices. After confirming that there is no leakage in the pipeline and that the drainage system is good, the test machine can be turned on.
Test machine, detailed operation method is as follows. Turn on the power supply of the air conditioner. Open the interior panel to stop manual operation (or by pressing the on and off buttons of the remote control) and select different forms to check whether there is any abnormality in the operation of the condyle. The noise generated by indoor machines should be very small, and there should be no abnormal noise in outdoor machines. After booting 2miri, cold (warm) wind should blow out. After 10 minutes of power-on, there should be a distinct feeling of cooling and warmth in the room. As shown in Figure 3-55, the temperature difference of air at the inlet and outlet of the indoor machine is detected after starting. The temperature difference of air-conditioning mode should be 8 degrees: for heating mode, the temperature difference should be greater than 14 degrees after 3 minutes of shutdown, start the air-conditioner again, check the starting performance of the air-conditioner.
